Pre-Order reminders:

• Items that do not have a downpayment within 7 days will be automatically cancelled. And be passed to the next customer who is waiting.

What is a Pre-Order?

• Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer Pre-Orders so that you will receive that item when it is released and not have to worry about it selling out elsewhere and not receiving it. Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are located in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturer.

How long will it take to arrive?

• Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will inform you.
• If you ordered numerous items in your Pre-Order we cannot keep it for too long. for the reason we don't have enough space in our area yet.

When will you charge me for my item?

• Once we received your item that the time you need to settle your balance.

Another store received the item I Pre-Ordered already. Why hasn’t mine shipped out yet?

• Each retailer receives items at different time frames from the manufacturer. The time we receive a product can vary from up to 4 weeks from other retailers. Please be rest assured that if you placed your order, we will ship your item as soon as we receive our shipment. Please be sure to sign up for our email newsletter where we continuously update you on shipping updates and changes to estimated ship dates.

My Pre-Order delivery date has moved out to another month. What’s going on?

• Please note that Pre-Order release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. Due to stresses on the manufacturing side from the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping delays, and supply chain issues, release dates have varied constantly. We will update each item’s description, send out email alerts, and update our Pre-Order Update Page with new information as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer.

• We allowed to store your item if you have other preordered items. But you are required to pay for the storage fee for Php 50.00 each item.
